TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from MTP Software Consult ApS. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreement has been concluded between you as a buyer/customer and MTP Software Consult ApS.
1. Subject Matter
Only MTP Software Consult´s terms shall apply. Other sales and delivery terms use shall not be part of the licence agreement, even if MTP Software Consult ApS not explicitly oppose to them.

This site is owned and operated by MTP Software Consult ApS. All rights in this website are owned by MTP
Software Consult ApS. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.
2.License
The software made available to the Customer is protected by copyright. All rights in respect to the software
shall, in relation to the Customer, be allocated to the copyright owner.
3. Pricing & Product Information and VAT
All prices in our store are shown excluding VAT and are listed in EUR. If your company has a VAT number ( European Union ) you can get the VAT exemption for purchases in our store means we will not charge VAT. In order to get VAT excemption you have to enter your correct company VAT number during purchasing. When you are based outside the European Union eg. Switzerland, USA etc. we will not charge VAT.
4. Payment Method
For online orders we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or by wire transfer. Customers using a credit card,
your card will not be debited until the day we ship your goods or until the license key is generated for you.
5. Warranty & Service
All products sold by MTP Software Consult ApS are covered by manufacturers warranties. MTP Software
Consult ApS does not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of product.
6. Security
On order processing pages we use a security certificate.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we
are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to
information provided by you.
7. Privacy
We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party
and is collected by MTP Software Consult ApS.
8. Returns
Please note that opened software and electronic delivered software (ESD) is exempt from the Distance
Selling Act, so before you purchasing a software license download a trial version to check that goods function
correctly.
9. Provisos
We are not responsible for printing errors, price errors, changes to VAT or charges, or for a delivery failure.
