When you are working with eDocPrinter PDF Pro you can also change the user interface language whenever you want.
Open the printer settings of eDocPrinter PDF Pro and go to tab 'Page'. Here you will find a dropdown field call 'Language'. Choose the language you want and re-open the printer settings. Now both printer settings and Office Addins will appear in the language you have chosen.
