MailStore Server is not a one way street for your data; all emails can be restored from the archive at any time and in many different ways.
Disaster Recovery
Should your email server (e.g. Microsoft Exchange) fail completely, MailStore Server can restore all mailboxes to a new email server in the form of a disaster recovery.
Independence from MailStore
The content of the entire archive can be exported in standard formats (e.g. RFC822 .eml files). The exported emails can be processed by any email or archiving system providing your business with long-term independence from MailStore.
Restoring emails
With a click of the mouse, users can restore individual or multiple emails directly from their respective user archive; no longer are administrators needed to perform elaborate procedures to restore emails from backups.
